How can I make a claim?
Purchase a participating Buscopan Product from a store, during the Promotional Period. Use the product in accordance with the dosage and wait at least 24 hours before submitting a claim.
To submit the claim, visit www.buscopan.com.au/moneyback and complete the online claim form by providing your name, email address, place of residence address, mobile number, date of purchase, store of purchase, product purchased, purchase price, and nominate a payment method to receive your money back.
How many times can I submit a claim?
There is a limit of 1 claim per household in the promotion.
How will I be reimbursed?
If your claim is valid, you can select one of two options to receive your money back: EFT transfer to your chosen bank account, or a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® issued via SMS.
When will I receive my reimbursement?
All claims will be validated within 10 business days, then depending on your chosen payment method. Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercards® will be issued via SMS to the number provided at the time within 2 business days of validation. Allow 10 business days from verification for EFT refunds.
What if my bank details are submitted incorrectly?
It is your responsibility to check that the bank details provided are correct to ensure the refund can be awarded. A claimant may forfeit the right to the refund if incorrect details are provided, illegible or details provided are mistakenly incorrect and linked to the wrong account. Please checks all details provided on the claim form are correct before submitting.
